Our Refund Policy ensures that customers within the countries/regions we operate have a staturory money-back guarantee period from the date of receipt of their product. This guarantees our customers a low-risk opportunity to try and enjoy our products.

*Due to the high shipping and operation fee, the return/refund policy is not applicable to orders of accessories and attachments without Zuvi Halo hair dryer.
Starting a Return
To begin a return or exchange, customers need to contact us within the statutory day period of receiving their order. Please compile the Return & Exchange Form to begin a return or exchange.
When you initiate a return or exchange on our Return & Exchange page, we will first need to verify your order. To ensure a smooth process, please use the email you originally used when placing your order, and include your order number.
Please note that we will only accept undamaged products in their original packaging.

Shipping Fees
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our official website. If the customer's return address is the same as the original place of purchase, we will provide a return label at no cost to the customer (only US and UK orders are available. We will not provide free return labels for orders that are outside of the United States and the United Kingdom, the return shipping cost and duty will be covered by the customer ). If the return is made from a non-purchase location, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and duty. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable.
* Please note that we charge extra shipping for specific areas like Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc.
* Customer needs to notify Zuvi customer support within 24 hours after the order is placed if he/she decided to cancel the it. Otherwise customer needs to contact the logistics company directly to reject the delivery after order shipped from Zuvi warehouse.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically on your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the order, within 48 hours after receiving your order.
Return, Warranty and Repairs
We provide a two-year warranty and lifetime customer support. For customers in the US, UK, and EU, we will provide a shipping label for you to return the product for repair. However, for customers in Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Canada, or for those returning products from a different country from the original shipping address, the shipping cost and duty for repair will be covered by the customer.
